Group coaching is like a masterclass. Everyone has their turn being coached and the topic for the next week unfolds organically from the group coaching. I provide resources, recordings, and "assignments" of engagement! It's a beautiful process of unfolding, together and alone.

What is Group coaching?
Group coaching is like a masterclass. Everyone has their turn being coached and the topic for the next week unfolds organically from the group coaching. I provide resources, recordings, and "assignments" of engagement! It's a beautiful process of unfolding, together and alone.
- As we focus intensely on in tune tone, on time, in time* and build reliable neuro- pathways for Mastery, we begin to “focus & notice” other signals. As we notice and validate those signals more and more often (practical), they too become “automatic” (in subconscious) allowing us to attune to collective Intuition. That sense of soulful meaning and belonging, is filled with Joy and Wonder.
- We hold sacred space for each other as we explore our creative, intuitive nature and integrate it into our personal and professional lives - especially when discerning the wisdom - walking the linear next steps while bringing the spirals with you.
- Flow follows focus - “knowing about” Flow, and sharing experiences of it, invites more Flow into our lives, increasing the intrinsic motivation and Joy !!! in our lives while allowing & accepting the messy Liminal Space.

- Rituals to increase awareness of Creative & Artistic Presence, which dances around us, always.
What's expected:
- Willingness to listen and hold space for each other, without fixing anyone's feelings. Descriptive, not prescriptive practices.
- Awareness of your core values.
- A practice of mindfulness, empathy, gratitude, self compassion, resilience as well as capacity to gently hold the container of spacious, curious, messy, peaceful paradox.
