  • in person (Calgary) - 5 live sessions Wednesday's 6:30-8:00pm E215 @ U of C June 28, July 5, August, 23, 30 $175 - see below for paradigm and content
 
  • video add on option - 2 videos/week for 12 weeks, released June 12 - August 28. Integrate these practices on your own into the practice room over the summer. Bring questions/insights to in person or zoom cohort circle. $125
 
  • online circle with guests from PIFR who have/had orchestral jobs - 3 live online circles, Monday's 2-3pm Eastern, July 24, August 14, August 28. Explore your relationship to mistakes, mental skills, and practicing with Sara Hahn Scinocco (principal flute CPO), Carolyn Christie (retired 2nd flute OSM), Alex Conway (principal piccolo WSO) $150

  • online coaching cohort circle with Gwen 4 live online circles, Monday's 2-3pm Eastern, July 3, 17, August 7, 21  Integrate your lived experiences into your practice routine and share the results of your education and experimenting in our time together - what resonated, what didn't, what are you curious about? A musical, mindful, and curiosity practice as preparation for the upcoming performing and teaching season. $175​
